Terra Pave White™ (TPW) Top-Seal White™ – all-purpose liquid soil stabilizer and additive that binds and transforms the base into a solid, yet flexible mass that resists fracturing. It prevents base failure, dust pollution and soil erosion, and it increases soil strength and reduces its permeability. Terra Pave White™ is an excellent superior eco-friendly waterproof flexible pavement replacement for climate-wrecking cement base-stabilization and pavements. There is no such thing as eco-friendly cement stabilization and pavement.
Terra Pave White™ – is an all-purpose liquid soil stabilizer and additive that binds and transforms the base (soil, gravel, etc.) into a solid, yet flexible mass that resists fracturing. Top-Seal White™ prevents ground base failure, vegetation control, dust pollution and soil erosion, while increasing soil strength and reducing its permeability. Field-testing with the Texas Department of Transportation (DOT) has revealed that Top-Seal White™’s strength is comparable to that of cement stabilization (concrete). Other tests have shown that its resistance to moisture significantly exceeds Environmental Protection Agency standards.
Top-Seal White™ is a polymer-based emulsion that is diluted with water. Non-petroleum-based and eco-friendly, only water (no volatile organic compounds) is emitted during the curing process. It does not contain solvents or cause damage to solar panels, farm equipment, roads or vehicles. Since it doesn’t require any special equipment or handling procedures, it is easy to apply. Terra Pave White™ also reduces the heat absorbed by the pavement, which keeps air temperatures cooler in the neighborhood.
